ILM technology portfolio

Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) is a modern method to capture more spectral information of an object than a color camera with typically 3 color channels, ideally a complete spectrum in each pixel. Besides spatial or spectral scanning systems there are the

Snapshot systems that capture the spectrum in the entire image with a single shot. This helps to avoid motion artifacts, among other things. At the ILM, this technology has been further developed in micro-optical design, the advantages of which are a considerably more compact, more robust and also more cost-effective construction.
