Directions

By public transport:
From Ulm main station take tram line 2 (every 10 minutes) in the direction of Science Park II to the stop Botanischer Garten. Follow the paved footpath (downhill through a small forest). After about 500 m you will reach the ILM, Helmholtzstraße 12.

By car via the A8 highway:
Leave the mhighway A8 (Stuttgart - Munich) at the exit Ulm West on the federal road B10 towards Ulm. Leave the B10 at the second exit Universität and follow the road until the first traffic light. At the first traffic light turn left into Albert-Einstein-Allee, after about 230 m enter the roundabout. Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit towards Helmholtzstraße. Follow the Helmholtzstraße. After approx. 450 m you will reach the ILM, Helmholtzstraße 12, on the right-hand side.

By car on the federal road B10 coming from Ulm:
Leave the federal road B10 after the tunnel at the first exit Universität and keep left in the following. Follow the Berliner Ring until the first traffic light. Turn left there into Albert-Einstein-Allee, after approx. 230 m enter the roundabout. Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit towards Helmholtzstraße. Follow the Helmholtzstraße. After approx. 450 m you will reach the ILM, Helmholtzstraße 12, on the right-hand side.
